So lets see recipe of Potato spinach pancakes……
Ingredients:
- medium-sized potatoes, peeled and grated
- 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Gram flour/ besan
- 2 table spoon of rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- salt to taste
- oil for cooking
Step By Step method :
- First of all peel and grate 2 medium size potato and soak grated potato in normal or cold water so that starch of potato is separated.
2. Squeeze excess water from grated potato and in bowl add potato along with finely chopped spinach.
3. After then add chopped onion.
4. Now add gram flour/ besan along with rice flour. You can also replace rice flour with corn flour.
5. It’s time to add salt, turmeric powder and other spices such as garam masala, black pepper. You can also use coriander powder, cumin seed powder or aamchur/ dry mango powder.
6.Mix everything well with the help of spatula. and rest for five minutes.
7. Heat a nonstick pan and grease with little oil and then spread the batter in a small circular shape.
8. Flip them to other side after 2 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
and our yummy, tasty and delicious pancakes are ready …. Serve it with ketch up or green chutney.
