I am Anuradha, an Indian mother of a bubbly 6-year-old boy, Aarav. I am settled in the beautiful island country of Singapore for the past 9 years.

As a professional engineer, cooking was my least priority. Before marriage, it was my mother who cooked for me, and after marriage, my dear husband took over. I never imagined myself as a foodblogger But, we all know that a mother can do anything when it comes to her kids. The same happened to me. When my son was 4 years old, he was diagnosed with iron deficiency in the blood, which hindered his physical development and many problems, such as loss of appetite.

Being a first-time mom, I panicked initially. But then I started focussing on my son’s health and providing him with balanced food and proper medication as discussed with his pediatrician. In this process, I did a nutrition course specializing in kid’s cooking.

Eventually, I became a mommy blogger, documenting and exploring my son’s healthy and nutritious diet. Finally, my efforts paid off. Aarav was cured by the grace of God and with proper medication and nourishing food.

There are many moms who, like me, are unaware of the importance of a healthy, balanced diet for their children from early childhood. Through my blogs, I would like to create awareness and help all mommies out there develop healthy eating habits for their kids.
