Apple Granola Recipe – Easy, Crunchy & Naturally Sweet for Kids!

Mornings are usually rushed in our home, and I am always looking for something healthy, quick, and toddler approved and also which my 8 years old would finishes something without throwing tantrums. This homemade Apple Granola has become a staple crunchy, nutritious, and made with ingredients I always have in my pantry. And guess what? My kids actually love it!

🍎 Ingredients

1–2 apples (grated)
1 cup oats
1 small cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, chia, etc.)
1 small cup mixed dry fruits (walnuts, almonds, cashews)
Handful of kishmish (raisins) for natural sweetness
1 tbsp coconut oil / ghee / olive oil

Method

1.In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray.

2.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5–8 minutes.
Keep checking in between as oven temperatures vary.
You want a lightly toasted texture, not burnt.

3.Let it cool completely.
Store in an airtight jar keeps fresh for a week!

🥄 How to Serve

Add 2–3 tbsp of this granola to warm milk in the morning.
You can also mix it with yogurt and fresh fruit for a snack.
Works as a healthy weight loss option too!
